- Staffing minimums and included hours vary by service category; final pricing is confirmed in your custom quote.
- A $40 administrative fee per staff member applies to all bookings.
- Travel time is billable and will be charged based on the event location.
- Additional travel expenses, tolls, parking fees, lodging if required, and related costs will be billed to the client.
- Final staff count must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the event.
- Any additional hours worked beyond the scheduled time will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
- Client is responsible for providing a safe working environment and reasonable staff access to the event site.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to staffing and administrative fees.
- A signed agreement and deposit may be required to secure staffing services.
- Rates are subject to change for holidays, last-minute bookings, overnight events, or specialty staffing requests.
- Elmer Events Staffing Services include professional wait staff, bartenders, chefs, grill masters, kitchen staff, Kosher event staff, private events, corporate events, weddings, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, and holiday celebrations.
- Travel time and expenses are charged separately and vary based on event location.
